I’m up a 3:00 am because I can’t sleep, this mattress has been like a nightmare very uncomfortable and I know I’m stuck with it. Technician has came out twice with this little gadget that has no comparison with my body weight & found no problems. He has suggested that I turn the mattress, I have slept on every side, angle that I can still the same sinking. I told my salesman about my back and I was looking for support. I tested the mattress in the store but that doesn’t work. I’m 66 needed this to be the mattress for retirement after paying $4000 you would think this is the mattress but NO. Quality is poor, I sink every side , I haven’t had a good night sleep since I had this mattress, having more back problems. The only good thing about Harvey’s they let try 3 mattresses , I went from bad to worse. Stern and Foster extra firm, Beauty-rest, pillow top by Stern and Foster which my salesman suggested that was a big mistake and I’m paying for it. I don’t know what to do, can’t afford to buy another mattress because I’m still paying for this. This mattress was delivered in April. I will never buy anything from this high end company. They need to train their employees about the quality of their products that they sale. This pillow top mattress should have never been suggested!!! I’m so annoyed with this mattress and I want to be able to sleep at night comfortably without having pain and sinking !!!! I hope this helps someone.
